The best stores for Gluten Free food on the East Coast:
1. Trader Joe's is GREAT! They don't have everything but they do have a lot!
2. Whole Foods has a ton of gluten free food but of course is hard to come by.
3. Some Stop and Shops and Shaws do have a gluten free section, depending on the demand. If you dont see what you want, ask if they can start carrying it
4. If you are in Massachusetts, my favorite store is Healthy Appetites in Plymouth
