Gillians Foods

So when I first started eating gluten free, about two years ago I thought it best to avoid any form of bread, breading, cereal or anything such as. Some of the gluten free products as I have mentioned before just dont hit the spot and ruin the true taste of the food that I missed. My local Stop & Shop is always carrying new gluten free products and they have Gillian's Bread Crumbs. I love love love these bread crumbs. They have a perfect amount of seasoning and for my busy life as a college student I cannot make my own breadcrumbs like some other courageous gluten free friends of mine. I have used these bread crumbs in traditional reciepes such as chicken tenders. Delicicous.

Once I find a brand that works for me I begin to explore their other products. Gillians has a ton of great products and even better, my friend knows them making me feel even better purchasing the product. Thanks Bucci! ;) Check them out!
